Job summary

TAIHUA SHIPPING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Marine & Ops Assist Superintendent to coordinate daily voyages and operations for chemical and oil tankers.

You will oversee scheduling, cargo operations, crew changes coordination across time zones, and ensure compliance with company policies. Strong English communication, team orientation and proficiency with MS Office are essential for this role. Diploma required; maritime background preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma, preferable in Marine/chemical tankers background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Chinese an advantage.
• Willingness to coordinate across time zones and teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily ships voyage and technical/operational matters for chemical/oil tankers.
• Coordinate cargo operations and update schedules to involved parties.
• Negotiate commercial terms with Captains, ship owners, brokers and others.
• Prepare voyage reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in crew changes and mobilization documentation.
