Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
Minimal 3 years of semiconductor fab manufacturing background.
Independent contributor with data-driven mindset and self-starter attitude.
Ability to relate to a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to technicians in daily operational functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Fab automation milestones.
Streamline wafer management to support daily Fab operations.
Coordinate with Production Control & Planning for wafer-start administration.
Develop and maintain manufacturing peripherals to ensure quality and hardware reliability.
Lead improvement projects for wafer containers to reduce costs.
Promote Workplace Safety and 5S in the Fab.
