The role provides engineering support to improve manufacturing efficiency, resolve processing issues, and drive continuous improvement, including new product introductions, technology transfers, automation initiatives and digital transformation projects that support operational excellence. You will contribute to capacity studies, identify bottlenecks, and ensure all processes and equipment comply with EHS

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, including ERP, MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Enhance manufacturing efficiency through workflow improvements, layout optimization, automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead or participate in development, training, and qualification activities for new product introductions or technology transfers.
Provide engineering support to address out-of-control situations, resolve process issues, and drive preventive and corrective actions.
Conduct capacity studies and identify opportunities for improving bottleneck stations.
Ensure all processes and equipment operate in alignment with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
