In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Enhance manufacturing efficiency throughworkflow improvements, layout optimization, automation solutions, and digitaltransformation initiatives.
• Lead or participate in development, training,and qualification activities for new product introductions or technologytransfers.
• Provide engineering support to address out‑of‑controlsituations, resolve process issues, and drive preventive and correctiveactions.
• Conduct capacity studies and identifyopportunities for improving bottleneck stations.
• Ensure all processes and equipment operate inalignment with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and companypolicies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant workingexperience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, andtroubleshooting skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication andleadership skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including ERP,MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications thatSet You Apart:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in project management, particularlyin Lean, digitalization, or automation initiatives.
• Interest or experience in Power BI, SQLqueries, programming, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
