Job summary

Emerson in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help grow your career. The role provides engineering support to improve manufacturing efficiency, resolve processing issues, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

You will contribute to new product introductions, technology transfers, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects that support operational excellence and a safer, more productive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant working experience.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in ERP, MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Improve manufacturing efficiency via workflow improvements, layouts, automation, and digital transformation.
Lead or participate in development, training, and qualification activities for new product introductions or technology transfers.
Provide engineering support to address out-of-control situations, resolve process issues, and drive preventive and corrective actions.
Conduct capacity studies and identify opportunities to improve bottleneck stations.
Ensure all processes and equipment meet EHS regulations and company policies.
