Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to oversee finite scheduling and integration of maintenance activities for our manufacturing operations in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating CI efforts, training, and audits while ensuring cGMP and safety standards are upheld.

Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, improving right-first-time performance, and supporting NPIs site assessments and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule manufacturing activities and align with maintenance and shutdown plans.
• Maintain solvents tankers and waste/nitrogen logistics with vendors.
• Support regulatory audits and document processing.
• Drive CI program leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure training compliance.
• Lead deviations investigations and CAPA implementation.
