Job summary

Connect to the opportunity is seeking a Lead Production Planning professional in Singapore to oversee daily planning across multiple lines and drive efficiency. You will coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet demand, monitor progress, and lead a planning team.

Key focus areas include prioritization to meet delivery targets, collaboration with Sales, QA, Maintenance, Logistics, and Procurement, and ongoing process improvements to reduce waste and boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant production planning experience in manufacturing.
• Senior planner or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience in process improvement or operational excellence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production planning and scheduling activities across multiple products or lines.
• Prioritize production to meet customer demand, delivery targets, and operations needs.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material planning to support production requirements.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Lead and support the production planning team.
• Drive OEE improvement projects and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, QA, Maintenance, Logistics, and Procurement.
• Prepare and review planning, performance, and status reports.
• Support continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.
