The candidate will lead cross-functional efforts, manage audits readiness, and collaborate across departments to deliver results aligned with cGMP and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher or equivalent experience in related field.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years related experience or Associate's with 6 years related experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or petrochemical industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage finite scheduling for the organization.
• Coordinate solvents tankers and waste, nitrogen tanker arrangements with vendors.
• Integrate client activity schedule and shutdown planning for manufacturing.
• Maintain the training program to improve training standards and compliance.
• Drive campaign readiness to improve right-first-time performance.
• Lead continuous improvement program as main point of contact for CI initiatives.
• Escalate risks and opportunities in facilities, equipment, processes and procedures.
• Support site-wide continual improvement initiatives to improve efficiency.
