ENGIE Singapore is seeking a Maintenance & Compliance Lead to coordinate and oversee maintenance programs, ensuring equipment is serviced per OEM recommendations and safety standards. You will develop work schedules, manage materials and manpower with a CMMS, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to meet deadlines and budgets.

The role requires leadership of maintenance teams, experience with inspections, and strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements to support operations

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance or operations teams in similar industry.
• Familiar with inspection work in similar industry.
• Knowledge of CMMS software and safety, health, and environment regulations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment is serviced per OEM recommendations and best practices.
• Create schedules for planned work, including materials and manpower using CMMS.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
• Maintain records of repairs, materials used, and costs.
