Job summary

re-zoo-me in Singapore seeks a Senior Manufacturing Application Support Engineer/Lead to oversee MES/ERP/WMS stability and performance. You will lead L2/L3 incident management, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure production systems stay available across shopfloor environments.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, manufacturing domain knowledge, and experience mentoring a support team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing Application Support or related IT environments.
• Experience supporting shopfloor systems and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Senior/support/mentoring experience preferred.
• Fixed shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead L2/L3 support for MES, ERP, WMS and other shopfloor apps.
• Monitor health, availability and uptime of manufacturing systems.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents escalated from L1.
• Coordinate with vendors and dev teams for permanent fixes.
• Mentor the support team and drive improvements.
