Job summary

Woodlands Hospital is seeking a Workplace Safety & Fire Safety Manager to strengthen campus-wide safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across WSH and fire safety frameworks.

You will lead hazard identification, risk assessments, audits and incident management while collaborating with stakeholders to improve safety performance and training programmes. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and hands-on incident investigation experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Workplace Safety & Health experience with regulatory compliance.
• Experience partnering with diverse stakeholder groups to maintain safety standards.
• Experience supporting or managing organisational fire safety programmes.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong incident investigation and risk mitigation background.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen Workplace Safety Governance across the campus.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licences and safety standards.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, safety inspections, audits and incident management.
• Analyse safety trends and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote fire safety readiness through inspections, drills and training.
• Lead safety committees and governance forums; coordinate updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management and contractors to embed safety in daily operations.
