Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in workforce transformation, organizational development, change management, talent strategy, DE&I, or human capital consulting.
  • Experience designing and delivering DE&I strategies and programs in a complex organization.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and HR leaders to develop and execute workforce transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives, including capability assessments, skills mapping, future workforce forecasting, and talent mobility programs.
  • Identify workforce trends and emerging skill requirements to support digital transformation and business growth.
  • Design and implement change management plans to facilitate workforce transitions and adoption of new operating models.
  • Drive initiatives focused on workforce agility, productivity, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Utilize workforce analytics and insights to inform decision‑making, recommend changes and measure transformation outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to build future‑ready capabilities and reskilling/upskilling programs.
  • Study trends in Tourism that impact workforce transformation and organizational development.
  • Develop and execute DE&I strategies, frameworks, and programs aligned with organizational objectives and values.
  • Partner with talent acquisition and business leaders to strengthen diverse hiring, succession planning, and talent development practices.
  • Lead initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace culture and foster a sense of belonging for all employees.
  • Monitor and analyze diversity metrics, employee feedback, and inclusion indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate DE&I awareness programs, workshops, and leadership engagement initiatives.
  • Support Employee Resource Groups and inclusion networks to enhance employee participation and representation.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to review policies through a diversity and inclusion lens.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and recommend innovative approaches to enhance DE&I maturity.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, HR teams, and external partners.
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations, reports, and recommendations on workforce and DE&I initiatives.
  • Establish governance mechanisms and performance metrics to track progress and ensure accountability.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
