Job summary

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency is seeking a capable professional to support the WSS scheme (Basic and Level Up) by managing grants administration, data analytics, and customer service. You will engage with stakeholders, coordinate communications, and ensure governance and quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities include reporting progress, managing budgets, and overseeing outsourced partners, with opportunities to contribute to cross-division projects in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Experience in grants administration and data analytics will be advantageous.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential.
Good understanding of public governance principles in grants management is desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee overall programme management for WSS scheme (Basic and Level Up).
Coordinate communications, creatives, PR and marketing plans to drive take-up.
Assess and respond to appeal cases and escalated enquiries with timely resolutions.
Generate reports to monitor progress and track indicators (participation, grants disbursed).
Support budget projection and reporting of budget utilisation.
Manage the outsourced service provider to ensure service delivery meets standards.
