Job summary

Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking a capable professional to support the WSS grant schemes (Basic and Level Up) and drive data analytics to improve governance, service delivery and compliance. The role touches budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely processing and take-up.

You will manage programme operations, coordinate communications, review appeals, generate performance reports, and oversee outsourcing service providers.

Qualifications

Experience in grants administration, data analytics and customer service will be advantageous.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Overall programme management with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, governance and risk mitigation.
Implement communications plan to engage target audience and encourage take-up.
Assess and manage appeal cases and respond to public inquiries timely.
Generate reports to monitor progress and track key indicators.
Support budget projections and reporting of budget utilisation.
Manage the WSS outsource provider to ensure service quality.
Participate in cross-division projects and other duties as assigned.
