Job summary

Bank of Singapore Limited is seeking a Trust Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of trusts and/or corporate structures. You will maintain client relationships, handle day-to-day administration, and prepare documentation for account openings, transfers, and reviews.

The role requires 5–8 years of trust experience, familiarity with local trust laws and AML policies, and strong Mandarin communication skills. Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 5–8 years of trust relationship and administration handling experience.
• Familiar with local governing trust laws and AML policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Regular Mandarin communication; documents and emails in Chinese.
• Cantonese is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Able to work with little supervision and take initiative.
• Manage client expectations and provide solutions.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Eye for detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Team player.
• STEP or WMI qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships for the structures under care.
• Attend to clients' matters promptly and provide solutions to queries.
• Oversee daily administration of trusts and companies, including letters of requests, transfers, and minutes.
