Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Manager for Transit Operator Performance Management in Singapore. You will audit O&M processes across rail systems, manage contract matters, and liaise with diverse stakeholders on design, testing and emergencies.

A strong engineering background and stakeholder management skills are essential. The role requires at least 3 years in design or O&M within large-scale infrastructure, preferably rail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office; data visualisation/ analytics tools or RPA will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years of design or O&M experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the railway industry.
• Ability to engage and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, astute, meticulous, and resourceful.
• Good communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with relevant local railway and building regulations will be an advantage.
• Candidates with very good relevant experience may be considered for more senior positions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct audits on O&M processes and executions across rail systems to ensure compliance with procedures and contractual requirements.
• Manage contract variations/claims, budget, and investigation of incidents or service delays.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on design review, system interface, testing and commissioning, and emergency exercises.
