Job summary

Keppel (Infrastructure Division) seeks an experienced investment professional in Singapore to identify and originate opportunities, leading due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiations across data center investments. You will present cases to committees, build partner networks, and drive asset management strategies aligned with the investment thesis.

The role requires a strong academic background, 12+ years in top-tier firms, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

12+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier fund manager, private equity, or investment bank.
Data center investments experience is a big plus.
Strong academic background.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Identify and originate investment opportunities.
Structure, assess and negotiate transactions, leading and supervising due diligence, financial modeling, deal analytics, financing and legal documentation.
Engage external advisors, manage due-diligence budgets.
Present investment cases to committees and boards for approvals.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, service providers, brokers, financiers and asset stakeholders.
Plan and implement asset management strategies aligned with investment thesis, including improvements.
Evaluate and execute investment exits.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
