SDC-SLM Sentosa Leisure Management Pte. Ltd.

is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to manage and coordinate major infrastructure projects under the Greater Sentosa Master Plan (GSMP) in Singapore. You will lead the full project lifecycle from inception through handover, coordinating with internal teams and external bodies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with compliant design and construction standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant post-graduate experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Experience in engineering design and/or design management of multidisciplinary projects.
• Project management experience on large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design, construction, procurement and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate planning, design and implementation of major infrastructure projects.
• Develop project programmes, briefs, technical requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design development and reviews for compliance.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders and agencies for approvals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks affecting cost, schedule and quality.
• Monitor progress, manage contracts and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Lead regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Resolve interface issues with adjoining developments and utilities.
• Provide recommendations for timely project execution.
