Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary review of research protocols involving human participants according to policies and ethical standards.
• Oversee IRB meetings, quorum, attendance, documentation of decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Liaise with Principal Investigators, research teams, IRB members, and stakeholders on regulatory matters.
• Resolve complex issues and disputes involving researchers and IRB stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with ethics committees and IRBs locally and internationally to share best practices.
