Job summary

SingHealth's ORIC seeks an Assistant Manager to support research integrity and compliance. You will help implement HBRA-regulated strategies, develop policies, and coordinate communications with researchers and stakeholders.

The role involves preparing training materials, managing reportable events to MOH, secretariat duties, and executive support for ongoing initiatives in a busy healthcare research environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Administrative experience in clinical research or healthcare preferred.
• Some project management experience.
• Strong command of English with written minutes and reports.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage deadlines, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse research-related legislation and regulations.
• Develop new policies and processes for research integrity and compliance.
• Prepare communication materials clarifying compliance initiatives.
• Develop training resources for the research community.
• Manage reporting of events to the MOH under HBRA and ensure timely escalation.
• Provide secretariat support at meetings and track follow-up actions.
• Prepare newsletters and stakeholder communications; support department initiatives.
