Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS (SERVICES) PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities across project lifecycles in Singapore. You will manage pricing, contracts, cost estimation, and final accounts while guiding a team to deliver value within budgets and timelines.

The role requires strong contract expertise, rigorous cost control, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced APAC market.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of various forms of contracts, contract law, and standard forms of contract.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in cost planning, cost budgeting, cost estimation, and value engineering.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in all aspects of work.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates strong initiative, drive, and a proactive approach to achieving results.
• Meticulous and able to exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Strong team leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by example and work effectively in a hands-on, multi-tasking environment.

• Relevant work experience in Singapore and/or the broader Asia-Pacific (APAC) market.

• Provide commercial and Quantity Surveying support to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Ensure all commercial activities are aligned with project objectives, budgets, timelines, and overall business requirements.
