Job summary

Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI) seeks a researcher to support Sentiments and Behavioural Research (SBR). The role focuses on quantitative, qualitative, and behavioural insights to understand public opinion on policy issues and help shape government communications.

You will join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, using surveys, focus groups, and analytical tools to provide rational perspectives, collaborate with agencies, and translate findings into actionable

Qualifications

• Be open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess initiative and be able to work independently and efficiently.
• Be able to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team and diverse stakeholders.
• Have an interest in communications and public policy issues.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have experience with social science research design and quantitative and/or qualitative research methods and analysis (e.g. surveys, focus groups).
• Competency in using statistical analysis software (e.g. SPSS, Python) for data analysis is a plus but not required.
