Job summary

The Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) in Singapore’s Resilience and Engagement Division (RED) seeks a proactive policy and planning professional to help strengthen national identity, social cohesion and volunteerism. You will contribute to digital platform strategy within the SG Cares Office, defining product features and guiding cross‑agency collaboration.

Responsibilities

Digital Platform Strategy & Development: support review for a national volunteer platform and define features for a minimum viable product.
Stakeholder Engagement: continually engage key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and broker consensus on priorities.
