Job summary

Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth is recruiting for a policy-focused role within the Resilience and Engagement Division in Singapore. The incumbent will strengthen national identity, social cohesion, and volunteerism by formulating and reviewing policies and programmes with key stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross‑agency initiatives, engage non-government partners, and drive implementation considerations while communicating clear policy directions.

Qualifications

• Synthesises diverse information to identify critical issues and provides evidence-based policy solutions.
• Translates complex policy concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Evaluates policies and programmes using data analytics to assess impact and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of drivers and barriers of volunteerism and giving outcomes.
• Monitor and analyse Singapore’s volunteerism progress and trends.
• Review policies and programmes to improve volunteerism and giving outcomes with cross-agency collaboration.
• Engage non-government stakeholders to co-create solutions and raise volunteerism/donation rates.
• Lead inter-agency SG Cares Secretariat Coordination committee to boost volunteerism and donations.
