Job summary

Ambition, a leading player in the general insurance sector, seeks a Manager/Senior Manager, Business Transformation & PMO to drive governance and lead transformation initiatives. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver tangible improvements.

The ideal candidate will have strong PMO capabilities, process improvement experience, and certification such as PMP or PRINCE2, with proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5-12 years of relevant experience in PMO, project management or business transformation.
• Prior experience in the general insurance industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of business processes, with experience translating business requirements into solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Hands-on experience in PMO functions, including project governance, progress tracking, risk management and stakeholder reporting.
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in business process improvement, digital transformation or technology implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technology teams.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is essential
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, Power Platform or IT service management platforms would be advantageous.
