Job summary

Ambition is seeking an experienced Transformation PMO professional to drive enterprise-wide transformation, portfolio governance, and business process improvement. The role collaborates with the Head of Transformation and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will manage the transformation portfolio, PMO governance, roadmaps, and executive reporting while guiding cross-functional delivery and ROI tracking. Strong AI and automation exposure will be advantageous.

Qualifications

Proven experience in PMO, programme or project management for transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior levels.
Experience in business process improvement and benefits realisation.
Exposure to AI, automation and digital innovation initiatives preferred.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage transformation portfolio, PMO governance, roadmaps, prioritisation and executive reporting.
Oversee project delivery, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies and resource allocation.
Drive process improvement, operational efficiency and workflow automation across functions.
Identify and support AI and Power Platform initiatives to boost productivity.
Develop business cases, track KPIs, benefits realisation and ROI.
Engage senior stakeholders, manage vendors and support change management.
