Job summary

ST Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Continuous Improvement and Business Process Re-Engineering (Ops Development). The role focuses on coaching teams in Lean Six Sigma, BPM and Change Management to streamline warehouse operations and eliminate waste for cost savings.

The individual will drive transformational projects, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement new processes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Black Belt certified with Lean Six Sigma and BPR methods.
• BPR and Organisation/Job redesign skills.
• Trained in Project Management (Prince2, PMP or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of ISO Accreditation and Certification standards.
• Good knowledge of HSE and Sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Inculcate Continuous Improvement mindsets using Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and Change Management across BUs.
• Lead business process re-engineering or job redesign projects to boost operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Verticals/BUs to uplift skills and practices and adopt technology, automation, and digitalisation.
• Analyse costs and benefits of current warehouse processes.
• Coach and develop Lean Six Sigma practitioners.
• Drive cross-functional teams to meet budget and schedule targets.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure effective use of improvement tools to maximise results.
