IMD Info-communications Media Development Authority is seeking a role within the Online Safety Project Office to handle applications for end-user identity information of online harm perpetrators, as well as reconsideration and appeals matters. Qualifications

• Background in Law, Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs, or related field with understanding of legal frameworks.
• Ability to develop frameworks for new regimes and make principled, precedent-free decisions.
• Experience in case management, appeals administration, or regulatory compliance in digital safety/telecoms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex legal matters and advise on policy.

Responsabilités

• Handle applications for end-user identity information (EUI) of perpetrators of online harm.
• Process reconsideration and appeals-related applications.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures and a registry for EUI, reconsideration, and appeals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen online safety and regulatory work.
• Manage knowledge management of the Office’s work.
