Job summary

Info-communications Media Development Authority invites a senior leader to shoulder responsibility for the OSC’s victim complaints operations. You will translate strategic intent into practical processes, oversee case resolution and investigations, and work with government partners to ensure timely relief and robust governance.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of supervisory experience in operations, investigations, trust & safety, or regulatory services.
• Experience designing high-volume, high-stakes casework with clear service standards and quality controls.
• Familiarity with how online platforms operate, including content moderation and enforcement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle for reporting of online harms, including intake, triage, evidence gathering, investigations, outcomes and follow-up.
• Set and enforce casework quality standards and develop escalation pathways for complex cases.
• Architect and maintain operational frameworks, policies, and training standards to implement OSRAA effectively.
• Engage with government agencies, technology platforms and industry partners to enable timely victim relief and coordinate responses.
