Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in Humanities, Social Sciences, Mass Communications, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• 5-8 years of experience in an online safety or technology-related policy, product, programme management or operations role.
• Strong interest in online safety and ability to collaborate across government and industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse emerging online safety and misinformation trends.
• Develop data-driven compliance assessment approaches for online services.
• Engage directly with industry to operationalise compliance with online safety regulations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure information sharing and timely delivery.
