You will develop, implement, and optimize programs that engage medical professionals and strengthen relationships across stakeholders. The role requires a strong background in instructional design, medical devices, and training delivery, with capability to translate complex clinical concepts into accessible learning

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience within the medical device industry.
• Experience in instructional design and the development of clinical and technical training content.
• Demonstrated success as a trainer in clinical and/or sales environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into engaging learning materials.

Aufgaben

• Develop, enhance, and lead the execution of BU related sales, commercial and clinical programs including all aspects of sales and delivery mechanisms resulting in an effective and engaging program.
• Lead the design of content for all sales, commercial and clinical training curriculum for field based sales employees in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet changing needs and priorities.
• Assess field sales team for knowledge, capabilities and skills and interpret sales operations analytics; develop training programs to improve skills.
• Create and provide ongoing direction on training efforts for development programs (e.g., Field Training Team, Leadership Development Program).
• Partner with leadership to ensure training objectives are met with consistency and compliance with the training strategy.
• Measure effectiveness of programs through post-meeting surveys, field feedback and KOL review; develop plans to address concerns and implement solutions.
• Evaluate and lead the development of new training platforms.
• Other incidental duties: Create budget reports for project spend.
