Job summary

PHILIPS ELECTRONICS SINGAPORE PTE LTD seeks an experienced leader to steward education strategy for image guided therapy devices. You will shape multi-year programs, align with business goals, and partner with Sales, Clinical, and R&D to ensure scalable learning.

You will build and coach a global education team, drive KPI dashboards, and measure ROI, while collaborating with KOLs to align education with product strategy and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Education, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive people leadership, preferably in healthcare or medical technology.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional education programs with KPI development and reporting.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Experience partnering with KOLs across commercial, clinical, and product functions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, proficiency tracking systems, and educational analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a multi-year education strategy aligned with business goals.
• Translate enterprise strategies into actionable learning roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Define KPIs and track performance through dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Operations.
• Manage and develop a high-performing education team across regions.
• Champion enterprise-wide education solutions with scalable impact.
• Engage KOLs and stakeholders in compliant educational collaborations.
• Oversee budget and resource management for clinical education.
