The role requires a Bachelor's with 10+ years in sales/marketing/healthcare or a Master's with 8+ years, plus demonstrated medical device training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 10+ years in sales, marketing, or healthcare, or Master's with 8+ years.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience in instructional design and clinical/technical training content.
• Proven trainer in clinical and/or sales environments.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and oversee BU sales training programs and delivery.
• Design content for sales training curricula with cross-functional teams.
• Assess field sales knowledge and collaborate to improve skills.
• Provide ongoing direction on development programs (e.g., Leadership Development).
• Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure objectives and compliance.
• Measure program effectiveness and drive solution implementation.
• Evaluate and advance new training platforms.
• Create budget reports for project spend.
