Argyll Scott Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager, Mechanical R&D & Product Development to lead advanced engineering development across a portfolio of consumer products. You will drive multi-disciplinary teams to translate concepts into scalable, commercially viable solutions and optimise mechanical systems for performance, reliability and cost efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical R&D, product engineering or hardware development.
• Proven experience developing mechanical products or systems from concept through testing, validation and manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge in thermal management, heat transfer, fluid dynamics or mechanical systems engineering.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Siemens NX)
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments (consumer products)
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and reliability testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; structured engineering methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
