Job summary

Neste Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager in the Chief Engineering Competence Center, located at a site near production facilities in Singapore.

You will lead the mechanical discipline, drive technical standards, and ensure safe, reliable refinery operations by aligning with asset management and design teams. Requirements include a technical degree (B.Sc or higher) and 15+ years in mechanical engineering or related leadership roles within refinery environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industrial experience in mechanical engineering or management.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical solutions in refinery environments.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the leading expert within the mechanical discipline, setting technical content and requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement for vendor selection and frame agreement content.
• Own and define safety, availability, maintainability and operations requirements.
• Support refineries as the leading specialist of mechanical solutions.
• Develop and benchmark discipline technology best practices against industry standards.
