Job summary

Neste, the world's leading producer of renewable diesel and SAF, is seeking a Mechanical Field Engineer for the Tuas Refinery in Singapore. You will provide direction and supervision to mechanical teams and contractors, driving maintenance excellence and reliability improvements to minimize downtime.

In this role you will collaborate with Asset Management, Operations, Technical and HSSEQ, ensuring safe, compliant execution of static and rotating equipment maintenance, while leading turnaround

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant refinery/petrochemical experience.
• Experience with SAP or CMMS for maintenance execution.
• Knowledge of P&IDs and isometric drawings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision of the mechanical team and contractors.
• Lead maintenance execution, field services, and turnovers.
• Drive reliability improvements and problem-solving to minimize downtime.
