Neste invites a Senior Manager, Mechanical to join our Chief Engineering Competence Center in the Refining segment, with base in Singapore. You will lead mechanical engineering discipline, set technical requirements, and drive safe, reliable refinery operations in collaboration with asset management and site teams.

With 15+ years in mechanical engineering or management and a degree in the field, you will influence vendor selections, frame agreements, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industrial experience in mechanical engineering or management.
• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, B.Sc or higher.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering activities and set technical standards.
• Approve vendor selections and frame agreements for mechanical scope.
• Define safety, availability and maintainability requirements with asset management.
• Collaborate with design, operations and site teams globally.
