Neste Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Field Engineer to lead maintenance execution and reliability improvements at the Tuas Refinery. You will supervise static, rotating, and contract teams, driving a Prevention-First culture to reduce downtime and improve equipment availability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, Asset Management, and HSSEQ, with a focus on proactive planning, technical problem solving, and safety excellence in a high-hazard refinery environment.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Degree Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 7 years in refinery and petrochemical maintenance.
• Experience with Maintenance, Projects, and Turnarounds execution.
• Proficiency in SAP and/or CMMS for maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of international standards and plant equipment.
• Skilled in maintenance planning and reliability methodologies.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking and business sense.
• Ability to read P&IDs and isometric drawings.

Aufgaben

• Maintenance Execution: ensure static and rotating equipment maintenance meets standards and targets.
• Field Services: lead frontline troubleshooting and coordinate cross-discipline activities.
• Day-to-Day Operations: manage inventory, subcontractor quality, and team performance; drive RCA and training.
