Job summary

Mapletree invites applications for a Manager, Marketing Communications (A&P) in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end campaigns, festive activations, loyalty initiatives and promotions that align with VivoCity’s brand positioning and commercial goals.

You will coach a team of marketing executives, manage budgets, collaborate with agencies, stakeholders and tenants, and translate campaign data into actionable improvements for the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major campaigns and promotions.
• Develop compelling campaign concepts, creative briefs and customer experiences aligned with VivoCity’s brand positioning and commercial objectives.
• Coach and develop a team of marketing executives with clear direction, timely feedback and quality control.
• Establish project plans, timelines, risk registers and governance checkpoints, ensuring proactive escalation of issues and adequate contingency planning.
• Manage creative, production, PR, digital, media and event agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with tenants, IP owners, sponsors and external stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign budgets, procurement, contract administration and compliance with company policies.
• Analyse campaign performance, shopper behaviour, CRM and loyalty data, translating insights into recommendations and continuous improvement.
• Oversee tenant communications and relations, website, directories, app content and social media accuracy within assigned portfolios.
• Prepare management papers and presentations for senior management approval, ensuring recommendations are commercially sound and well supported.
• Drive innovation by identifying new campaign concepts, partnerships and revenue opportunities.
• Undertake other duties assigned by management.
