Job summary

• Excellent stakeholder engagement across teams and entities; solid programme management and coordination skills.
• Analytical, resourceful and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop Learning Tools and Solutions.
• Coordinate Capability Development Across JSD.
• Identify opportunities for shared learning programmes and capability-building initiatives across JSD.
• Facilitate cross-JSD entity learning and knowledge sharing.
• Scale IT&T practices across JSD.
• Adapt IT&T practices for wider JSD use.
• Package approaches into practical tools and learning resources.
• Support IT&T TLS with capability-building initiatives and related projects.
