Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a Manager/Senior Manager, Learning & Leadership Development to architect and drive innovative leadership solutions that enable digital government transformation. You will design immersive learning journeys and partner with Senior Management to align initiatives with GovTech's mission.

You will lead flagship programmes, conduct needs analyses, manage budgets, and build analytics dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership development experience with programs for different leadership levels
• Experience with leadership frameworks and tools
• Proven track record building organizational capability through learning interventions

Responsibilities

• Manage flagship leadership development programmes and refine designs based on feedback and organizational needs
• Conduct organization-wide learning needs analyses using data-driven approaches
• Oversee vendor partnerships, procurement processes and budget management for leadership initiatives
• Develop and maintain learning analytics dashboards to inform programme decisions
• Develop new leadership development offerings aligned with strategic priorities
