Qualifications

• Strong instructional design expertise with adult learning principles.
• Proven programme and project management experience with facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and implement assessment methods to identify impact.
• Leadership competencies including strategic thinking and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage flagship leadership development programmes and enhance designs based on feedback and needs.
• Conduct organisation-wide learning needs analysis using data-driven approaches.
• Oversee vendor partnerships, procurement and budget management for initiatives.
• Develop learning analytics dashboards to inform programme decisions.
• Create new leadership offerings aligned with strategic priorities.
