Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, IT Projects Delivery to own end-to-end IT/WMS implementations that drive customer growth and operational excellence. You will partner with business stakeholders, operations, and regional teams to design, plan, and deploy value-adding solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solution delivery, business analysis, systems implementation, or application support.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3 end-to-end implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Experience in WMS, Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP, or other enterprise application environments.
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as a hands-on individual contributor while managing project workstreams and deliverables.
• Exposure to Manhattan Active WM, Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms will be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT/WMS implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, operations, vendors, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
• Support customer onboarding, RFQ/RFI solutioning, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget using DHL project governance standards.
• Facilitate business requirement workshops and translate operational needs into functional solution designs.
• Prepare and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Configure and implement WMS solutions aligned with warehouse and supply chain processes.
• Design and coordinate system integrations, custom reports, labels, and operational enhancements.
• Lead SIT/UAT activities, data migration, deployment readiness, and end-user training.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
• Provide Level 2/3 application support for WMS-related incidents and operational issues.
• Analyze, design, and implement system enhancements and business change requests.
• Support production stability through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with regional support teams and vendors to ensure sustainable operational support and knowledge transfer.
