• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into system solutions and reports.
• Support end-to-end WMS/app implementation including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and training.
• Support WMS migrations, upgrades, and change requests based on operational needs.
• Configure WMS applications and support EDI/API validation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and stakeholders to improve system adoption and standardize processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency.
• Analyze workflows and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Senior Business Architect logistics

We are looking for an Senior Business Architect logistics to support Contract Logistics operations through application support, WMS implementation, system configuration, reporting, and process improvement. The role will work closely with Operations, IT, project teams, and business users to deliver practical system solutions and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions, configurations, reports, and enhancements.
• Support end-to-end WMS/application implementation, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
• Support WMS migrations, upgrades, and change requests based on operational requirements.
• Configure WMS applications and support EDI/API validation and troubleshooting.
• Work with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to improve system adoption and standardize processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, automation, and digital solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
• Analyze workflows and operational data to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in application support, system implementation, business analysis, contract logistics, operational reporting, or process improvement.
• Hands‑on experience in WMS implementation, warehouse system support, application configuration, or logistics technology projects.
• Experience with Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher is preferred.
• Good understanding of contract logistics, warehouse processes, and system-enabled operations.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, SQL, Python, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at different levels.
• Lean Six Sigma, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
