Candidates should have at least 5 years in IT solution delivery and a proven record of delivering multiple end-to-end projects; experience in logistics, ERP or enterprise applications is highly valued;

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT solution delivery experience.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3 end-to-end projects.
• Experience in WMS, logistics, ERP, or enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT/WMS implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, operations, vendors, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
• Support customer onboarding, RFQ/RFI solutioning, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget using DHL project governance standards.
