Job summary

The Office of Student Affairs at National University of Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to drive engagement and integration initiatives for international students and scholarship holders, focusing on wellbeing, transition, and campus participation.

You will design and evaluate programmes, build partnerships across campus, provide advisory support, manage data and reporting, and ensure resources and funding adequacy while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social sciences, education, public policy, communications or related field.
• Experience in student development, intercultural competence, programme evaluation, or higher education administration is advantageous.
• Demonstrated end-to-end programme/project management experience including planning, budgeting, risk management and evaluation.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders across campus.
• Experience in data-driven programme evaluation, designing metrics and presenting findings.
• Strong intercultural sensitivity with experience supporting international or scholarship students.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple programmes and timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with survey/data tools such as Qualtrics; dashboard tools like Power BI/Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate engagement and integration initiatives for students and scholarship holders.
• Build and maintain partnerships with students, faculty, residences, internal units, alumni, and community partners.
• Provide coordination and advisory support to stakeholders on integration initiatives and resources.
• Support scholarship holders by addressing enquiries and facilitating referrals to wellbeing and integration resources.
• Guide student interest groups involved in cultural, faith-based, or ethnic activities and integration efforts.
• Manage programme reporting, data, and MOE-style submissions; analyse data and present insights to stakeholders.
• Support operational and strategic priorities by maintaining records and collaborating on cross-functional projects.
