Job summary

National University of Singapore seeks an experienced professional to oversee Student Wellness within the Office of Student Affairs. You will collaborate with the Section Head to craft strategies, develop frameworks, and build partnerships that strengthen student support ecosystems and wellbeing.

The role emphasizes capability development, evidence‑informed practice, and managing complex student matters across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling, Special Education or Psychology with at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Experience providing case supervision, consultation or mentoring to helping professionals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• IT proficiency, including MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Section Head in implementing the Student Wellness strategic roadmap.
• Lead workgroups in the development, implementation and review of student wellness frameworks, practice guides and operating procedures.
• Coordinate capability development initiatives for Student Wellness Managers, Residential Wellness Managers, and student support partners.
• Provide consultation and guidance on complex student matters and manage high‑complexity cases.
• Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to assess effectiveness and impact of student wellness initiatives.
