Job summary

PAS People's Association in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager (IA) to support governance, risk management and internal controls across PAHQ divisions and offsite units. The role involves leading audit planning, execution, risk assessment and coordinating with auditors to ensure effective findings and action plans.

You will champion the use of technology, including data analytics and AI, to enhance audit effectiveness and report outcomes to PA senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience with CPA and/or CIA qualification(s).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment frameworks, and internal controls is required.
• Experience in planning and executing audit engagements independently.
• Familiarity with Data Analytics tools and emerging technologies (AI) in audit processes would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Director (IA) in planning, resourcing, and implementing audits for PAHQ Divisions and Offsite Units, using risk assessments as the foundation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures and document findings and management responses.
• Support investigative activities and recommend follow-up actions to PA Senior Management and stakeholders.
• Champion the use of technology (data analytics, AI) to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate external and internal auditors and manage audit reporting and governance processes.
