Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in internal/external audit or risk management.
• Regulatory knowledge of MAS and related laws recommended.
• Data analytics capability with SQL preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CIA/CPA/CISA/CAMS preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong communication and adaptability to fintech context.

Responsibilities

• Report to Head of Internal Audit and help establish risk-driven audit plans based on local regulations and business strategies.
• Independently identify and evaluate risks and controls; deliver high-quality audit results and prepare reports meeting regulatory requirements.
• Communicate problems to management with root-cause analysis and remediation plans; validate remediation implementations.
• Identify value-added opportunities for regulatory inspections, risk assessment, and risk management frameworks; contribute to trainings and governance practices.
• Demonstrate AI and data analytics mindset to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness; apply AI tools where relevant.
