Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Senior AI Governance Manager to lead PACS AI governance initiatives in Singapore. You will ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant deployment of AI systems across the hub & spoke model, coordinating registration, risk assessment and approvals.

The role requires 7+ years in data governance, AI/ML risk or privacy, with a strong governance mindset, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with MAS guidelines and AI ethics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data governance, AI/ML systems, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
• Familiarity with AI governance tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Oversight: ensure Local AIWG complies with Group AI governance framework and establish SOPs.
• Risk Management & Compliance: perform risk assessments of AI systems to ensure MAS compliance and report risk ratings.
• Policy & Standards Development: develop local SOPs and contribute to AI governance standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: coordinate stakeholders and provide status reports on AI systems.
